This facility, located near the Richelieu River, has two courses, a nine hole regulation course and a nine hole par 3 course. Both are heavily populated with mature trees, including a 300-year-old pine tree that rests on the larger course. The fairways vary in widths and there is a surprisingly difficult short hole, #6, a 248-yard, par 4, which requires a tee shot onto an extremely narrow, ninety-degree dogleg fairway. This is definitely a target hole. The greens are relatively flat, with the average size being 4,500-square feet. The Par 3 Course requires target golf because all of the greens are elevated and the fairways are narrow. The shortest hole is 160 yards and the longest is 186 yards.
