Cross Timbers Golf Course is an outstanding new public course located in the small town of Azle, which is about 30 miles west of Fort Worth, TX.

Designer Jeffery Brauer has taken advantage of the native countryside to produce a course that resembles those in the Texas Hill Country. Cross Timbers is fairly heavily wooded, with plenty of pot bunkers and some water that provide a challenge to golfers of all levels.

The par-3 7th is the signature hole. It usually plays downwind to an elevated green, that is protected by pot bunkers in the front, and a rock wall behind the green.
