This course is set along a meandering tree-lined ravine and features rolling, links-style fairways. The layout is set against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, and the fairways make use of the natural roll of the land with added mounding and several bunkers. The toughest challenge comes on hole #7, a 550-yard, par 5, which is split by a grand coulee, with the tee at one end of the gorge and the green at the other. The task of ball placement from the tee is the first challenge, and then deciding whether to play it safe with a lay-up shot or go for a green that is guarded by water and four large bunkers. There are tournament packages available for corporate and private groups. The 5,996-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 68.6 and a slope of 120.
