This course is a Donald Ross gem. Built on rolling terrain, it's 6375-yard (white tees) layout is a bit short when compaired to modern golf courses, but its small greens and tree-lined fairways make still allow this course to posed a challenge to low handicappers. The greens are protected by both grass and sand bunkers and there is one water hazard that comes into play on the 121-yard par 3 and again off the tee on the 343-yard par 4 fifth hole.
