Fort Steilacoom Golf Course is a fun, 9 hole golf course and features dual tees for an 18 hole round. The course is built on 105 acres adjacent to the Western State Hospital in Lakewood, Washington on land leased through the state Department of Natural Resources.

The 9 hole intermediate length golf course is a great test of golf for both the beginning and experienced golfer. The smaller, beautifully manicured greens and the natural plains-like setting are a pleasure to experience with flat terrain that is easy to walk. Golfers can make the turn and play another 9 holes to complete an 18 hole round.
