This hilly course features large and fast greens. Holes #6 through #8 are called the "Presidents Loop" because when the President played the course he said these were the toughest three holes he ever played. The signature hole is #8, a 398-yard, par 4, requiring an blind approach shot to an island green. The hilly fairways are fairly wooded and loaded with sand bunkers. Water hazards come into play on several holes.
