This is definitely a water course with fifteen of the eighteen holes having some sort of water in the design. The fairways are wide and lined with newly-planted trees, however they are bunkered as well as watered, so accurate ball placement is the key to a low score. The relatively flat greens are large, averaging 10,000-square feet. The signature hole is #18, a 456-yard, par 5, featuring an island green. Wind is a factor on this hole, so you may have to increase your club selection by two or more. Long hitters have a chance to reach the green in two and possibly score an eagle.
