The fairways are narrow, and water hazards come into play on at least two holes. "Golf Digest" rated this course 73rd best under the category of "America's Top 75 Affordable Courses" in their 1996 list of "America's Best Golf Courses Everyone Can Play." The same publication also rated it 66th among the "Top 75 Public Courses" for 1990. The club only offers discounts for seniors and juniors on weekdays. There is an extra charge for those wearing metal spikes. |
