This eighteen hole course is part of the Palm Coast Resort, which includes four other eighteen hole designs, making the property the first of its kind to have a Gary Player, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus course under the same umbrella.

This course features a fair amount of water on the course with the Jefferson Davis Waterway cutting through the course and running parallel to some of the fairways on the back nine. There is also a lake, Lake Success, which is located between holes #14 and #15.

The greens are average-sized and are sloped and undulating. Most greens are well protected by deep sand bunkers and there are fairway bunkers located at the landing area from the tees.
