This executive course, which is located adjacent to the Fraser River, features open fairways and sloped, elevated greens. There are six par 4's and the remainder are par 3's. The shortest hole is 114 yards and the longest is 317 yards. The signature hole is #11, a 317-yard, par 4, with a creek flowing across the fairway 220 yards from the tee box. The elevated green is sloped from front to back. There is a combination of river, creek, and pond water hazards affecting play on five holes. The driving range is double tiered with eighty stalls.
