This desert-style course is owned and operated by the American Golf Corporation. The somewhat narrow fairways are defined by the mounds on the sides. Many fairway grass bunkers and greenside sand bunkers have been incorporated into this course's design. In addition, a few trees can alter your shots if you hit an extremely errant shot, but none of them really come into play with the exception of hole #14, a short 313-yard, par 4. The greens are difficult to read because they are loaded with subtle breaks and undulations. Water hazards come into play on only a few holes.
