This course's terrain is almost completely flat and easy to walk. There are a few pot bunkers coming into play on the first and last holes. On hole #1, a 493-yard, par 5, the tee box is elevated, and on #18, a 552-yard, par 5, the green is elevated. There are two ponds that come into play on five holes. The course has both fairway bunkers and greenside sand bunkers. The wind is always a factor. The course is closed until noon on Mondays. It is not a part of the surrounding real estate development.
