This course was built on existing ranch land. Rolling hills and pecan trees are plentiful. The greens are well-maintained and fast. Despite the course's openness, the fairways are tight. The Brazos River weaves throughout the course, coming into play on holes #3 and #4. The course has received favorable comments from its patrons on how it combines aesthetics, enjoyment and challenge.
