This extraordinary, public park facility offers something for everyone. It features two regulation eighteen hole courses, plus a lovely eighteen hole par 3 Course.

The Championship course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, was the site of the 1974 PGA Championship. Many of the players who completed that year return each fall to play in the Vantage Championship, one of the richest event on the Senior PGA Tour. The Championship Course has been consistently ranked in the countrys top 25 public courses by Golf Digest and was voted the #1 public course in North Carolina by North Carolina Magazine.

The William Neal Reynolds Course named for the parks main benefactor, is a championship course in its own right. This course has been ranked in the countrys top 75 public courses by Golf Digest.
