This course's large greens feature some undulation. The greens and tees are elevated, and there are several well-bunkered, dogleg fairways incorporated into the course's design. Water hazards come into play on at least five holes. Hole #4, which measures 424 yards, was rated as the hardest par 4 in North Carolina by local players.
